2. Products & Availability

ALCÉ offers limited edition watches , created in capsule form.
Each model is produced in limited quantities and is not restocked once sold out.

The products offered for sale are described with the greatest precision (photos, descriptions, characteristics). However, minimal variations in color or finish may appear depending on the screens or the lighting of the shoot.

3. Orders

Any order placed via the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

The Customer receives a confirmation email once the payment has been validated.
ALCÉ reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud or unavailability.

4. Prices & Payments

The prices displayed are in euros including tax .
Payment is due immediately upon ordering via our secure service providers (Bank card, Klarna, etc.).

ALCÉ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Orders already placed will not be affected by these changes.

5. Delivery

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days and shipped from our warehouse based in Guangzhou, China .
Standard delivery times are estimated between 5 and 8 working days , excluding cases of force majeure.

Delivery costs are specified before validation of the order.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

In accordance with European legislation, the Customer has 14 days after receipt to return any product, except for sale or promotional items , which are neither returned nor exchanged , unless there is a proven defect.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all accessories provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective.

7. Warranty

ALCÉ watches benefit from a 12-month warranty covering exclusively:

• Manufacturing defects,

• Failures related to the quartz movement.

This warranty does not cover damage due to improper use (e.g. prolonged immersion, shock, scratching, exposure to hot water or excessive humidity).

A protective cover is included with each watch to ensure its longevity when not being worn.

8. Liability

ALCÉ cannot be held responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of products.
The brand's liability is limited, in all cases, to the amount of the order.

9. Intellectual Property

All visual elements, texts, logos, images and videos present on the site are the exclusive property of ALCÉ.
Any reproduction or exploitation without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Applicable law

These T&Cs are governed by French law .
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the consumer's country of residence.
Although registered in the United States, AETHELAB STUD LLC is committed to complying with European legislation applicable to distance selling.
