- Products and Availability
ALCÉ offers watches designed in limited series.
Each model is produced in limited quantities and may not be reissued once sold out.
Products are presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Minimal variations in shade or finish may exist depending on screens or shooting conditions.
- Orders
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.
An order confirmation is sent by email after payment validation.
ALCÉ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, anomaly, or availability issues.
- Price and Payment
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included.
Payment is due immediately upon order via secure solutions.
ALCÉ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Validated orders will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of purchase.
- Delivery
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery times are estimated between 5 and 8 business days after dispatch.
A tracking number is provided upon shipment.
Depending on the destination, shipment may be made from different partner logistics centers.
Times are given as an indication and may vary in exceptional circumstances.
- Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Any return request must first be made to customer service at support@alcethelabel.com or by phone at +33 7 80 97 11 62.
No returns will be accepted without prior validation.

Return costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Reimbursement is made after receipt and verification of the product, within 5 to 10 business days.
- Warranty
ALCÉ watches benefit from a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, normal wear and tear, shocks, or unsuitable exposure.
- Liability
ALCÉ cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products.
The brand's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
- Intellectual Property
All elements present on the site are the exclusive property of ALCÉ.
Any reproduction or exploitation without prior written authorization is prohibited.
- Applicable Law
These GTC are governed by the legislation applicable in the consumer's place of residence.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
Although the company is registered in the United States, AETHELAB STUD LLC undertakes to comply with the regulations applicable to distance selling for European consumers.
