What are the delivery times?
We work with YunExpress , a carrier specializing in international e-commerce logistics. This partner is recognized for its reliability , precise tracking , and optimized delivery times , even over long distances.

I ordered an Alcé leather watch: I received a steel bracelet as well, is this normal?
Yes, absolutely! The steel bracelet is offered with certain Alcé leather editions .
To install it, you will need suitable strap replacement tools . You can either purchase them or ask a professional to do it.

Are your watches water resistant?
Our watches are resistant to everyday splashes , such as hand washing , light rain , or accidental water splashes .
A brief inadvertent swim should not damage the watch.
However, they are not designed for prolonged immersion : swimming, voluntary swimming, showering or bathing are not recommended , especially hot showers , which create condensation and can damage the internal components.
Like many quartz watches, our models do not appreciate hot water or pressure . This also applies to some watches from major brands - it is an often overlooked point.
I ordered an Alcé Silver watch (full steel model), how do I adjust it?
The watch intentionally comes with a wide strap so you can adjust it to your liking.
The adjustment system is simple : just use a very thin screwdriver (or a suitable tool) to press the pusher of the link to be removed — it does not unscrew , it clicks into place.
We recommend calling on a professional (jeweler or watchmaker) if you do not have the tools.

Are your jewelry pieces guaranteed?
Yes, all MIRŌ jewelry comes with a 24-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects (assembly, setting, structure).
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, discoloration due to improper care, impacts, or damage related to improper handling.
What exactly is moissanite?
Moissanite is a high-end gemstone , recognized in fine jewelry for its brilliance superior to diamond , its high resistance and its exceptional clarity.
All our stones are GRA certified , which guarantees their authenticity, quality and incomparable brilliance.
Unlike zircon (an entry-level stone often used in low-cost jewelry), moissanite offers intense fire , exceptional durability , and a much higher value .
MIRŌ uses only selected moissanite, never zircon or glass — our jewelry is not costume jewelry, but genuine fine jewelry .
Is there a risk that my jewelry will discolor? Can I wear it every day?
Our jewelry is designed for worry-free everyday use .
Thanks to the S925 silver and 18K gold plating (minimum 1 micron), they are not afraid of water, soap, perfumes or humidity in normal use.
No risk of discoloration under normal use.
These are not fragile or lightly plated costume jewelry: the 18K coating is designed to last.
Of course, like any piece of fine jewelry, avoiding violent shocks or very abrasive products helps to maintain optimal shine, but daily use (hand washing, perfume, occasional shower) poses no problem .
