I ordered an Alcé leather watch: I received a steel bracelet as well, is this normal?
Yes, absolutely! The steel strap is included with certain Alcé leather editions.
To install it, you will need suitable strap replacement tools. You can either purchase them or ask a professional to do it.

Are your watches water resistant?
Our watches are resistant to everyday splashes, such as hand washing, light rain, or accidental water splashes.
A brief, inadvertent submersion should not damage the watch.
However, they are not designed for prolonged immersion: swimming pools, intentional swimming, showering, or bathing are not recommended, especially hot showers, which create condensation and can damage internal components.
I've ordered an Alcé watch (all-steel model), how do I adjust it?
The watch comes intentionally with a large strap so you can adjust it to your liking.
The adjustment system is simple: just use a very thin screwdriver (or an appropriate tool) to press the pin of the link to be removed — it doesn't unscrew, it snaps into place.
We recommend consulting a professional (jeweler or watchmaker) if you do not have the tools.

Moissanite is a high-end gemstone , recognized in fine jewelry for its brilliance superior to diamond , its high resistance and its exceptional clarity.
All our stones are GRA certified , which guarantees their authenticity, quality and incomparable brilliance.
Unlike zircon (an entry-level stone often used in low-cost jewelry), moissanite offers intense fire , exceptional durability , and a much higher value .
MIRŌ uses only selected moissanite, never zircon or glass — our jewelry is not costume jewelry, but genuine fine jewelry .
Is there a risk that my jewelry will discolor? Can I wear it every day?
