Our watches

I ordered an Alcé Silver watch (full steel model), how do I adjust it?

The watch intentionally comes with a wide strap so you can adjust it to your liking.

The adjustment system is simple : just use a very thin screwdriver (or a suitable tool) to press the pusher of the link to be removed - it does not unscrew , it clicks into place.

We recommend calling a professional (jeweler or watchmaker) if you do not have the tools.

I ordered an Alcé leather watch: I received a steel bracelet as well, is this normal?

Yes, absolutely! The steel bracelet is offered with certain Alcé leather editions .

To install it, you will need suitable strap replacement tools . You can either purchase them or ask a professional to do it.

Are your watches water resistant?

Our watches are resistant to everyday splashes , such as hand washing , light rain , or accidental water splashes .

A brief inadvertent swim should not damage the watch.

However, they are not designed for prolonged immersion : swimming, voluntary swimming, showering or bathing are not recommended , especially hot showers , which create condensation and can damage the internal components.

Like many quartz watches, our models do not appreciate hot water or pressure . This also applies to some watches from major brands - it is an often overlooked point.
