Warranty

All ALCÉ watches come with a 2-year commercial warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use of the product.

This includes defects related to the movement, case, or original assembly.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, shocks, scratches, or unsuitable exposure to water, humidity, or chemicals.

ALCÉ watches are water-resistant for everyday use but are not designed for prolonged immersion or exposure to extreme temperature variations.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging, accompanied by all provided accessories.

Any product returned incomplete, damaged, or showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs
