1. Manufacturer’s warranty – 1 year

All our Alcé watches benefit from a one-year (12-month) commercial warranty from the date of purchase.

This guarantee exclusively covers:

• Proven manufacturing defects,

• Mechanical failures due to faulty assembly,

• Anomalies related to the quartz movement or the original case.

Exclusions :
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, shock, scratches, excessive humidity, or prolonged exposure to water, steam, or chemicals. Alcé watches are water resistant (3 ATM) but are not designed for prolonged immersion (more than 3 meters) or exposure to hot showers or prolonged baths.

We strongly recommend careful and responsible use to preserve the durability of your part.

2. Returns – 14 days

You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return, in accordance with European regulations on distance selling.

The returned product must be:

• Not worn,

• In its original packaging,

• Comes with all accessories and warranty certificate.

Exceptions :
No returns will be accepted on items on sale or part of a promotional offer (excluding manufacturing defects).
Incomplete, damaged or worn returns will not be refunded.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defect found.

Once the return has been accepted and the product has been checked, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
