- Returns and Refunds
The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

No returns will be accepted without prior validation.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
The refund is issued after receipt and verification of the product, within 5 to 10 business days.

ALCÉ products benefit from a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
